Jr. Integration Specialist (Middleware)

Requirements:

• 1-2 years providing technical support experience

• Empathy with a skill for understanding what a customer really needs and why they need it

• You absolutely love providing support and you are passionate above solving problems

• Skill in effectively and efficiently troubleshooting technical bugs in software and platforms

• You are optimistic, curious, resourceful and inspired to push past the status quo

• Impeccable written and oral communication skills

• You have a knack for building relationships with all type of customers

• Proficiency in the following is a big plus: Workato, Shopify, Salesforce, Shipping software

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 / year
